I want to upgrade our broadband from NowTV to Sky 500

Good afternoon,

I want to upgrade our Broadband from NowTV to Sky 500 but everytime I try to go through the upgrade process, the website tells me that I already have a sky account and then refreshes the page which does not allow me to proceed with the upgrade.  How do I go about making the move with the sky website assuming that I already have Sky Broadband?   Thanks

You may have to call.  (Now is a Sky company - not sure if that's the issue)
