I need to talk to ahumna, my account was cancleed and now im being asked for money. I was online ofr 1 hour then cut off and this is not available at this time

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIs this money being requested charges for the notice period after cancellation in which case that's correct. Billing continues up to the last day of connection and any overpayment is reimbursed usually taking about 6 weeks.
