I want to pay my bill off but for 4 days now everytime i try to it says maintenance

I have been trying to pay my bill off for over a week now i spoke on the chat and a collegue said i had 100 left to pay but according to my account its only 60 left so wich is it and your system of trying to get to talk to sky are appauling
