I want to link an old unused Sky account (in credit) to my new fibre broadband account.

Just changed over from TalkTalk fibre to a Sky fibre Package and have an old unused Sky account with £10 credit on it from a few years ago. So I would like my new package Sky account to be linked or amalgamated with this old account. Can this be done?

The credit on that old account can.be refunded and help can be arranged via here if you want ?

As that account is an old closed me it can not be used again so you will need to setup a new one. If you want to use the same email address then you first need to login to the old account to remove it from it first as this should then free it up to use when setting up your new one.

Hi caeserome

Thanks for reponding. Yes I would like to have the refund credited to my new Sky Fibre Broadband account. Can you do this for me or do I need to contact someone else? How can this be done please.

Regarding the old account are you saying I need to delete the email address then set it up again?

Thanks, Colin

@Colinmills

You need log into the old account here:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details

Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky .

However it might be waiting until the messaging team have contacted you about this refund.

To help you with the refund I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
