Hi, I cancelled my broadband last month, and I see on my Sky account that I am still be charged for BB and Talk. All I want to keep is the TV package. I can't get to talk to anyone apart from a call centre which I keep getting cut off from.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated, I think it is extremely unfair that you cannot email Sky directly.

Billing continues through the 14 day BB notice period then any overpayment is refunded in up to 6 weeks from your last day of connection. Don't forget bills are generated 14 days before the payment date.

No, but I know they have cancelled it. But as you will see, I am still being charged for BB and Talk all I want to keep is the TV package.

Hi Daniel,
I know it takes time, but they are still charging me. I spoke to their call centre and they only the broadband was cancelled. I explained when I cancelled that all I wanted to keep was the tv. thanks.
