I want to cancel movies
I called a while back to cancel my movies? They haven't done this my bills are nearly £100 and I simply can't afford it...all I want is the free view and broadband?

When did you call as you have to give Sky 31 days notice to cancel the movies package so if it has been more than this you might want to contact them again to ask them why this hasn't be actioned on your account.

FreeView is delivered by an aerial and uses the tuner in your TV. (You don't need Sky at all)
However, Sky do provide 'Free to View' channels via the 'Essentials' package which allows you to view and record such 'free' (you need a TV licence) for a low monthly subscription (Around £5-15 per month). If cancel your TV subscription completely then the Q box has to be returned as they are loaned.
