To cancel all your TV subscription, if you’re out of contract you’ll need to give Sky the required 31 days notice. The latest T’s and C’s explicitly state you can’t cancel when still in a minimum term deal unless Sky agree. If they agree you’ll have to pay the remainder of your discounted term.

(Make sure the flag in the bottom right corner is the correct one ie; UK or ROI).
UK customer ~ The link may include an email link and also a Message Us option (which is normally available between 9am and 7.30pm).
ROI customer ~ it’s only by calling Sky Ireland or writing in.

If you successfully cancel you should receive an acknowledgment email from Sky.

I have just cancelled my whole package including Broadband. You can contact Sky either by using the text message service, if you have the App go to get help at the bottom of the home page, my account, account and subscriprion then cancelling  then select options which apply to you until you get to still need help you will then fet the option yo call or text. Hood luck as they will try to offer you discounts to stay.

We've done eactly that too, my final date is in 2 days when for the first time in many years we will be Sky free. Their foreign call center did try and offer a better price but not including HD or even UHD as standard and Netflix with Ads for what was still a high price - its just got expensive and just poor value. Amusingly today I got the April price increase email, if I'd not have cancelled Sky Signature up £4 and Ultimate £1.
