I want to cancel Sky Q as I'm moving. Can I get in touch with anyone on weekends?

I am moving address and would like to cancel Sky Q. Would I be subject to termination charges? I'm leaving my address in 2 weeks time. Can this be done on a weekend? Please help somebody?

If you are within a minimum term then you cannot cancel.  (If Sky do agree to let you leave then there will be termination charges)

You have to give 31 days notice to cancel - go ahead and call.

Having to give the required 31 days notice (if Sky allow you to cancel) means the packaging for the box return will arrive after you've moved. Take the Sky Q equipment with you to your new address then you can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.

I clicked on the link to obtain the return label but for some strange reason it just will budge after I've input my address. Extremely frustrating. I will try and call during the week but I work long hours and they don't seem to open weekends. Why do Sky make it so difficult to leave it's not good at all I feel so trapped :'( @Daniel0210

Customer Services are open over the weekend (except if you're in the Republic of Ireland).
