The payment method on Dazn app is SKYMASS. The link to cancel sub on dazn.com doesn't work. I get an error message saying you're not authorised to view this page.

Actually, I cancelled before through the DAZN website. I rejoined later through Sky. Both DAZN & Sky say they don't have access to accounts and billing. However, SKYMAS is the payment reference on my banking app.

I'm having the same problem as this. Dazn saying they have no billing details and blaming sky as payment made via 'skymas.' Sky have no idea when I try to speak to them. Any luck?
