I want to be a customer via sky and I opted in with nectar

I opted in bia the nectar app to become a new customer. Someone from sky will call you. They call the next day but everytime I answer, they cannot hear me. There is no reception. I have it with no one only with sky! What can I do, can you email me? No clue what is hoing on but again, only when sky calls, they don't hear me.

Have you called Sky to see if the call can be heard both ends? Sky don't use email for general communication.
