I want to go back to sky Q or can i get sky Q on the tv they provider with sky glass

If you are still in your cooling off period, you can cancel your Glass and go back to Sky Q.

If you are out of the cooling off period, you can take out Sky Q and the subscription, and then cancel your Glass TV package subscription.

No it wouldn't work as a multiscreen device as it wouldn't when you were paying for it either.
