I checked my bank account as sky have taken £118 from my account when I only pay £67 per month I even had a letter the other day stating I will be paying £67 so why the hell take that from account !!!

Are you a new customer to Sky because if so your first two bills will be higher as they cover a long period than the usual 4 weeks.
