I had the Netflix family plan. I've now got Netflix on Sky but it isn't my family plan. How do I get this upgraded or do I need to cancel on Sky and go again with Netflix. The current package doesn't work for us

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you are planning on keep going with your Netflix plan on Sky then all you should need to do is to login to the app with your Netflix details.
If you are going to use it via Sky then the number of screens you can use depends on your Sky package:
Ultimate TV includes the Netflix Basic plan (1 screen + SD) as standard
You can upgrade to Netflix Standard (2 screens + HD) by adding the HD pack
You can upgrade to Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first)
