I’ve recently come out of contract and my sky bill for tv/broadband has gone from £136 to £194

I've recently come out of contract and my tv/broadband bill has gone from £136 to £194 sky have offered a reduction to bring it down to approx £180, be grateful of any help as this in my opinion is too much to be spending a month. Thanks

If you don't feel the offer made when you negotiated a new discount is value for money then you need to be prepared to cancel. Sky may then come back to you with a better offer but it's not guaranteed. If they offer something acceptable and you decide to think about it, that offer may be off the table when you recontact them.

If that offer was made over the phone you could try calling again tomorrow to see if they will offer you a better one, if they do you will need to make up your mind there and then as the same price might not be available should you call back again.
