I’ve paid my mobile bill twice I’ve manually paid and then a direct debit had come out 2 days later

I've paid my mobile bill twice and I really need the money I paid my bill manually so n the day it was due and 2 days later it's been taken again by direct debit so my account is in credit can I get it back?

Does the amount you paid appear on your account as a credit because when it does it can be refunded and we can alert Sky to your post via here so let us know when you see the credit.

 

Gong forward you do not need to make manual payments when you have a direct debit set up.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
