I've paid my mobile bill twice and I really need the money I paid my bill manually so n the day it was due and 2 days later it's been taken again by direct debit so my account is in credit can I get it back?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDoes the amount you paid appear on your account as a credit because when it does it can be refunded and we can alert Sky to your post via here so let us know when you see the credit.
Gong forward you do not need to make manual payments when you have a direct debit set up.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
