I've paid my bill which has cleared the bank, but I'm still being asked to pay and can't view

My bill has cleared the bank, but my account is suspended and I'm still being asked to pay. I can't get hold of a human that can help

If you were late paying this bill and your services were suspended to have them restored you will need to setup your payment method again on your account as it is only once this has been done and the payment you made has been cleared will your services be restored.

Does your Sky account show that the bill has been paid (ignoring that message), if not you might either have to wait for it to update ir call Sky about it.

It is still showing as suspended, I tried multiple times yesterday to call customer service, but they cannot help because they have no access to my account. All they do is give me a number to call and it asks for card details straightaway, so I cannot actually speak to anyone. I have just tried updating my payment method, but it's still not working. Many thanks for your help. I guess I will just have to wait it out
