i paid my monthly subscription on the due date and I have been charged for a late payment of £10 and also i have received a late payment message for my last month's payment also! What can I do to get this sorted out urgently

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Gregg65 Your payments should be being paid via a direct debit but we can't help you on the forum as we are all customers like yourself. You will need to call Sky to get this sorted.
If Sky is your mobile provider you can phone them by dialling 150.
If it is not your provider follow this link https://www.sky.com/help/home and scroll down to need more help, click on this and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky. Unfortunately I cannot include the actual phone number as the forum filters will block it.

The chances are that this payment you made @Gregg65 has gone on your account as a credit and has not paid the bill which will be taken by Sky via whatever payment method you have setup on your account so as it appears that Sky could not take it via this then this is why they have added a late payment fee. As explained above you do not need to make manual payments.
