I've cancelled my sky broadband but it's still on my bill for next month. Please advise

You may not be aware but this is a customer to customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here.
If you successfully cancelled there is a 14 day notice period during which you still incur charges and may be billed again. Any overpayment will be reimbursed within 6 weeks.

Without dates we cannot say for sure. As noted above, bills are generated prior to payment dates and they are generated as normal during any notice period.
If you've had cancellation confirmation then the following bill will generate the corresponding pro-rata credit.
