I've been charged a direct debit for sky news and have no idea what this is for

I've had a Direct Debit payment taken for Sky news and have no idea what this is for. Should I report as fraud.

If you haven't authorised this, the first thing to do is speak to your bank.

@Kelly811

Sky News in the UK is not a separate subscription service, so typically nothing of that name should appear on a bank statement.

There is a now unrelated commercial subscription outlet of that name in Australia which remains a Murdoch (News Corp) company.
