I took sky tv out last week, my bill should be due on the 10th of the month but sky want payment now

I took sky tv out last week now they want their first full payment, I set direct debit for the 10th

Your first bill is due just after you go live with Sky due to us paying in advance, so after this has been taken your bill should be taken on the 10th each month (or the next available weekday should the 10th be a Saturday or Sunday or Bank Holiday).
