I terminated my contract and the bill credit is still not refunded

The bill generated at end of September for period 14Oct - 13Nov shows a credit of £29.48, my normal billing date for this period would have been 14Oct if I owed money however the credit  is still overdue for refund.

What date did your contract end? (Not the date you gave notice but the date the services stopped). The credit would be refunded generally in the following months bill has it takes 4-6 weeks to pay out credit in closed accounts.

I’ve escalated your issue to Sky so the Messaging Team may contact you later but more likely tomorrow now. 

Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
