Sky technicians haven't got back to me in 2 weeks, paramount are blaming sky, but no one has the answer to sorting this out, if anyone has had the same problem and it's been sorted please let me know how,Thank you.

Are you in a contract with the Sky Movies package or are you on a trial ?

Have you activated Paramount+:
