I have not had mobile phone coverage for several days last week in my area NE66. I contacted Sky after looking in Facebook I read the O2 mast wasn't working and there was a technical issue. I checked the service line which confirmed that was the case and work was being carried out and I would hear when it was repaired, which I did receive.
However other locals have received compensation for this outage time but I've heard nothing from Sky. I have since found out I have missed calls made to my mobile and whist driving I was unable to get a signal and needed to contact a family member urgently but had no signal.
