I received an offer for sky cinema via email however its not showing up when i click on the offer

Hi, I received an email with an offer for sky cinema £8 a month for 18 months but when I click on the offer it comes up empty or shows up as £10 a month. Please help

@Tanya7 you are better off phoning Sky to try and get that deal. The online ordering of packages has been known to be quite glitchy and tempamental and not alwasy show the correct discounted price.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
