I was sent two Tesco vouchers to my email.
I click on the link in my email and when it takes me to my account on sky.com and sign it, the page for the vouchers states "whoops there has been an error, we are having technical difficulties and your request has not been processed" Ivwas told I'd be able to activate them immediately. Can someone advise please?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
