@Martinwatts Did they offer a 40% reduction in your bills & also state you'd receive a free gift? That's a known scam, they try to obtain log in details then order expensive devices, once delivered they contact you again to say you've received the wrong gift & to return the device to an address they give or that they'll send a courier to collect it.
