I placed an order but got no confirmation and it is not showing in my account as an open order

I followed the process online to order a TV package and broadband.  and got as far as entering and confirming my credit card details.  But the prodess just stopped  at this point and i was left looking at a white screen.  I did not receive an order confirmation and when I check my open orders in the potal it is telling me that there is no open order.

The chances are the order did not go through so you might want to check by either using social media or phoning to contacdt Sky about this.
