Is it possible to get this added my service doesn't start til the 9th of April

The only way to do this would be to contact Sky by phoning them to see if they will add the referral and if not the order will have to be cancelled meaning you can then place it again. If ordering something like Sky Glass or Sky Mobile this will mean you would be credit checked again.
