I am in the middle of moving house. I have a contract for internet and sky Q where I am living at the moment and a new contract in a different place for sky Glass. I need to cancel the old contract but there is no record of it when I log in despite the fact that I am still paying, sky is still working and have not officially cancelled the old contract. Any help would be very gratefully recieved as I have to cancel this contract by end sept. THank you

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

UPdate..... apparently Sky doesnt allow two accounts on the same email. So, when I opened the second account they automatically put that account onto my email and the other account was therefore inaccessible. I am not young and the thought of more than one email just to access Sky seems ridiculous. I have now cancelled this account and will go for another broadband provider and a probably apple tv or a firestick 🤷♀️It will also be much cheaper as of course existing customers dont get any of the deals that new customers get. I am wising up!!
