I pay for Netflix through sky and all of a sudden it's asking me to sign in and start a monthpayment

I pay for Netflix through sky and never had any problems upstairs now all of a sudden it's asking me for my details and a new payment each month ?!

So you need to make sure you are signing in with the same email address associated with the netflix account you linked to your sky account.

If its only one of your sky boxes asking this, then i;d double check the email address that has been used to login to Netflix on that device and ensure it is the same one as being used on your other Sky devices.

I only have one box but since I connected my smart tv upstairs to the sky wifi, it's let me use Netflix on the tv remote, all of a sudden it's asking me to sign in and start a payment

Ive been watching it upstairs for months and months, it's only just came up with it on my screen, asking which payment deal I want when I'm already paying for it
