I've been charged £15 extra in October for Multiscreen. Whereas I pay £43 per month for being a Sky VIP for 24 years and I'm 12 years a widow, 73 years old and living on a State Pension

Could it have previously been discounted but the discount has finished? Be aware this is a customer helps customer forum. You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here.

Unfortunately that has no bearing on subscription television pricing.

Unfortunately the only way to get a good deal is to ask to cancel. If you are on a pension with benefits, you might be able to get a discount on your broadband.
There is no reward for loyalty any more, so if you want the best deals either call to cancel or go down the NowTV route.
Sky stream can be cheaper but you need to be comfortable with using IT.

Have just tried to add multiscreen as offered at £7.50 . But you add to current package it makes bill higher than £7.50?
any ideas as to why
