I owe Sky Mobile, but my debt does not appear to pay

I don't live in the UK anymore, but I still have a contract with Sky.

Sundedly, my bills turned out to be £0.00 and I didn't receive any charges from Sky, and now they are sending me emails saying that I need to pay the last bill, but on my account everything is £0.00.

I'm trying to call 03442 414 141 but the call never completes. Is there any other way of contact or some special number for those calling abroad?

Thank you

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Are you adding the UK country code of 44 to that number ?

Re: I owe Sky Mobile, but my debt does not appear to pay

Yes I do. I use Rebtel when I need to speak with someone or any company inside the UK. It always works.

I'm also trying on the second number I found (they blocked the post using the number) but it's always busy. I tried more than 30 times already.

On this contact that it's on the website is alway mute and never completes the call.

The chat on the website is useless because there are no options available for my case and we can never speak with a real person. Also couldn't find any email to contact. The emails that I receive from sky are "noreply".

So I'm trying my best here to keep my compromises up to date, but Sky does not help me at all.
