I need to talk to a human

I need to talk to a member of the team regarding my account but cannot get through to anybody

Is your question something us fellow customers can help you with, if not then when calling try saying nothing when asked anything by the bot or use the social media links at the bbottom of the page to make contact with Sky.

If your account is restricted due to lack of payment then the bot will not connect you to a human until the outstanding balance is cleared.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If your services happen to be restricted due to a missed payment then you won't get through and any call will only prompt you to pay.

I've got it sorted now and no, they restricted my account but I had I was up-to-date with my payments on the app I was up-to-date but then on the website I wasn't and every time I tried to call it kept telling me to pay but when I went to pay it told me I had no outstanding balance but it's back on now thank you guys

Who gave you the phone number?  The official number is on Sky's help page.  (Or 150 from a Sky service)

Contrary to the thread title l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.


These are the current methods for contacting Sky (and depending on your reason for making contact some methods will be more appropriate than others) …

🟩 📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or a Sky Talk landline. The forum doesn’t allow the display of other numbers. Other official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are normally inclusive from non Sky phones.

All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

If necessary a number may be visible at the end of the correct help flow.

🟩 Sky Assistant 💬 should also be available via
https://www.sky.com/help
for most service issues and gives you 24/7 help and a quick response. It should provide you with multiple choice options based on your problem and will provide troubleshooting steps to fix any service issues.

🟩 Social Media You can also get in touch via the messaging services on: Facebook, Instagram, or X (links at the bottom of the forum page).

🟫Note ~ ROI customers If you’re in the ROI make sure the flag in the bottom right of the link is showing the correct flag and change if required. The Sky Ireland phone lines are closed at a weekend.

Contacting Sky over the least couple of years is painful. They are one of the worst companies to to get through to. I've called twice this week, waiting nearly 15 minutes each time and now I realise I need to call them again because the agent I spoke to has downgraded my Netflix tier to standard when I was crystal clear I wanted no changes to my TV package.

 

Just awful service.
