I need to speak to someone asap

I need to speak to someone asap wanting a payment but had no internet on for three weeks so I couldn't watch TV so I'm not paying ok untill some one gets in touch asap

We are customers here so if you want to talk to someone then it is you who needs to make the call, the free number to use is just 150 from a landline or Sky Mobile phone.

 

If you have had no internet then you do need to pay this bill because you can then ask Sky to apply a credit to your account for those 3 lost weeks. They will not talk to you or apply the credit until you pay the outstanding bill,

We are customers here so if you want to talk to someone then it is you who needs to make the call, the free number to use is just 150 from a landline or Sky Mobile phone.

@Rigger  You will have to pay and setup a new continuous payment method before being able to speak to sky 

 

however you may be due automatic compensation from the date you reported the fault

@Rigger  As you've found witholding payment has only caused you further issues, you will need to pay what you owe then speak to sky about the loss of broadband.

 

Not paying no matter how right you feel is  a breach of contract and sky are within their right to suspend services.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It's not clear if the Internet issue is due to a fault or non-payment.

 

If it's the former then you need to report it to Sky.  If it's the latter then you need to pay and then resolve any issues you have.
