I need to speak to someone asap wanting a payment but had no internet on for three weeks so I couldn't watch TV so I'm not paying ok untill some one gets in touch asap

If you have had no internet then you do need to pay this bill because you can then ask Sky to apply a credit to your account for those 3 lost weeks. They will not talk to you or apply the credit until you pay the outstanding bill,

however you may be due automatic compensation from the date you reported the fault

Not paying no matter how right you feel is a breach of contract and sky are within their right to suspend services.

If it's the former then you need to report it to Sky. If it's the latter then you need to pay and then resolve any issues you have.
