hope you doing well

mad you know I have cancel my contract with sky but I try many times I can't download my bills
can you please send all my bills to my email address

@obaidullah You should be able to download bills from here

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/bill

On the same link use the previous tab to access the billing for the last two years

I told you I can't download it from there

But there is no option before I can download it but now there is now option if you check I have cancel my contract with sky now I can't download it and I need all my bills as a proof for my visa I am renewing my visa

You need to use a desktop pc or a laptop. You can't download via a mobile device.

@obaidullah You didn't say why you couldn't, what error message if any are you getting

try a different browser or clearing your browser cache

Per my reply to your other thread. You need to use a desktop pc or a laptop to download your bills. You can't do it via a mobile device.

when I go to bill and payment section there's no downloading open
