mad you know I have cancel my contract with sky but I try many times I can't download my bills
can you please send all my bills to my email address

But there is no option before I can download it but now there is now option if you check I have cancel my contract with sky now I can't download it and I need all my bills as a proof for my visa I am renewing my visa

You need to use a desktop pc or a laptop. You can't download via a mobile device.

Per my reply to your other thread. You need to use a desktop pc or a laptop to download your bills. You can't do it via a mobile device.

when I go to bill and payment section there's no downloading open
