I need help with my account

I just want to speak to someone about my tv account but the messaging service can't help me

If you have a general query we may be able to give you advise, but if you want to speak with someone you need to pick up a telephone and call Sky.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Is your issue something us fellow customers can help you via here ?

 

If not 150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

That's because it's a messaging bot and not a live chat. All the bot can do is refer you to the online help documentation.

 

id you have a generic query we have be able to help otherwise you will need to phone Sky using the details posted in the previous response.

I've tried to change my payment date but it says I'm unable to do this is my bill is been populated

Bills are generated two weeks before your normal payment date so try changing it right after the payment has been made. Note, if you're a new customer you can't change the date until your first two payments have been made.

You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services on here. This forum is where customers try to help other customers. Sky won't call you as a result of you posting here. Is it something we can advise on?

I really don't get why people keep expecting that Sky will phone them if they post a message asking for a phone call in a public forum.

 

What do most people you do when you need to contact a business find a phone number ( or email address if it perhaps isn't urgent)
