I am Sukhmandeep kaur. I am looking for a proof of usage of my lost device . My insurance company want a
mobile number,
IMEI number and
last date of usage.
This three things must need to be included. Otherwise I can't claim for insurance.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe proof of usage is your email with the IMEl number on it which you got when you first took the device. That is what insurance companies need. So you need to ask for that, not proof of usage as in the bills etc.
