Trying really hard to get through to anyone besides a bot and without phoning sky (taking too long to get through) to tell me how I can get a paper copy of my last invoice. Help!

You can print a copy yourself via here:

https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/

Select the download option then open the PDF file that downloads to print it.

Where does it give the option to download?

Have you used the link above and seleted the download to pdf option as you can then print it yourselfg if needs be.

Your need to be using a desktop or laptop pc.

You will need to submit a customer information request to get the bills send for anything older than 24 months.
