I moved to sky and eee asked me to 203 for termination of contract

I terminated the contract with EEE moving to sky and EEE asked me to pay 203 of which one of your staff advised that you will £200 towards the bill. To my surprise EEE took £203 ,from my  account

@Lindiwemarawa welcome to this customer Community. It's unlikely that Sky will reply to your post here.

Sky will reimburse you up to £200 - that is £100 for switching TV and £100 for switching broadband, upon receiving evidence of the termination charges and your payment settling the charges.

@Lindiwemarawa  You have to pay ee yourself whilst sky credits your sky account (once you have proven that bill as been paid as detailed in the link provided by @Mark39 above )with £100 each for broadband and television if you only have one service you will only receive one payment of £100

@Lindiwemarawa

You were either misinformed or pergolas misnderstood what they said to you because once you provide proof to Sky of this early termination charge then they will apply a £100 credit for TV and a further £100 credit for broadband as per this:

You must provide a copy of the bill from BT where you have been charged and a copy of a statement showing that you have paid it and send these to Sky via this email address - switching credit @sky.uk (all one word without the gap)

Yes, they would.  A gaining ISP cannot pay a losing ISP directly because it would be a breach of data protection principles for the losing ISP to tell the gaining ISP anything about the account.  As indicated above, the customer pays the ISP they are leaving, and then the ISP they are joining creates an account credit.
