I made a payment but SKY said its unsuccessful, but money is deducted

I paid using Zilch, my payment is deducted, but Sky said the payment is unsuccessful

There should be no need to make any manual payments like this as you should have a reoccurring payment setup like a direct debit so Sky can take the payment from you. If Sky has said the payment was unsuccessful then it might be refunded back to you come Monday.

For Sky payments they only accept direct debit or credit/debit card through Mastercard or Visa.,
