I'm paying 170 pounds a month for sky q and mobile and just found out I will now be paying 2 months bill of 30 quid think it's time to leave. I wonder why they are charging for 2 months bill

My mobile bill is supposed to be 15 pounds a month but sky keeps taking 30 pounds a month, and I'm not behind on payments. Even the direct debit says 30 pounds
