I’m owed £380.60
I cancelled subscription in May and moved to EE. Still being charged and Sky owe me £380.60. I want a refund.

Does this show as a credit on your Sky account? Do your future bills show £0? Have you been in touch with Sky about it?

Are you actively still being charged every month? Or is the £380.60 just credit on your account from overpayment in May once your service was cancelled.?

How did you cancel?
Did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging the cancellation?

Although a customer can start the cancellation process via email Sky do not use email for general communication.
