I’m going to be moving out soon and want to Cancel broadband.
I'm just on a rolling contract for broadband. I'm moving out and want to cancel.
what is the process like? What are the early termination charges?

@Pix101
To cancel Sky Broadband and Sky Talk the below link explains the various methods on cancelling completely.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-broadband
If you try to cancel whilst still in a minimum term deal you might have to pay an early termination charge (Sky will notify you if you do and how much they’ll charge) but being on a rolling contract should negate that.
Return packaging for any equipment Sky expect back will be sent out to you at the account address near the end of the 14 day notice period. Remember to keep any proof of posting indefinitely.

Somewhere is saying, if on a rolling contract, there is no early termination fee.
Is this correct or not?

If your discounted deal has ended you just give the appropriate notice which is 14 days for broadband/Talk.

That should be correct if you are not in any contract as you just give the required notice and you can leave penalty free.

Re: I’m going to be moving out soon and want to Cancel broadband.
If you are moving to another ISP then you could use the one touch switching system which is explained in this link
https://www.uswitch.com/broadband/guides/one-touch-switch/
If not then you need to contact Sky and give them 14 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.
