I do not actually have a home that I stay at and my sky is at my daughters mothers home, My contract got renewed not that long ago so I'm still in a contract. Would they really charge me even though I do not have anywhere they can possibly connect my sky to and I have someone who will take their service away from me?
I don't see why this would be an issue but from what I've read they will still try to charge me for the rest of my contract, I've had to move out through no fault of my own and have someone who is fully able to take the payments away from me. Just wondering if anyone on here knows what would happen? Would they actually try charge someone who's homeless?

All you can do is contact sky and state your situation but sky would be within their rights to hold you to the contract, should sky allow you to leave mid contract any loaned equipment would need returning

I'm afraid the correct advice has been provided by @SKY1992bf The latest T’s and C’s explicitly state you can’t cancel when still in a minimum term deal unless Sky agree. If they agree you’ll have to pay the remainder of your discounted term.

Shame that, I only went with sky in the first place because virgin didn't connect to my old property. I've Hated sky since 2009 lol. Thanks anyway.

You've had plenty of opportunities to cancel since 2009 if you thought it was that bad.

Lol I've not been with sky for that long. My mother used to be with them and they were really bad back then. I only joined them at this flat due to virgin not being there 😂
