I left sky over 2 months ago and they still not refunded my credit of £51, how do I get this refund

How do I get a refund when my account is in credit, left over 2 months ago, thought it would be automatically refunded but sky are taking interest on my money. If they are doing this to thousands of customers they are making a fortune out of interest. Disgusting behaviour. To top it all off, they would not give me a new contract with the same offer of a new customer, that's why I left and now they are sending me that offer to join back up, pathetic. Sky refund my money please!!!

It normally takes about 6 weeks from your last day of connection for a refund to be credited back. If you can confirm the amount is showing as a credit on your Skybaccount we can get you some help on here from the Messaging Team whereby it can be reimbursed in 3-5 working days. Lets us know it you want that help.
