I keep getting messages saying to return my sky equipment

I have returned all of my sky equipment but I keep getting messages saying you haven't received it, I have checked the tracking and you have received it, why do you keep messaging me

You originally posted on the Sky+ board. That equipment doesn't need returning. 

As you've deleted your Community log-in you'll need to call Sky.

We are all fellow  customers  on here, you really  need  to  ring  sky  and give them your  prof  of postage  details  and get them to check  whilst  you are on the phone
