I havent put an order in but yet bt are telling me there going to cancel my subscription

Hi I put an inquire in yesterday on line to just see a price of how much you will be. But I didn't put extal order in so why are bt my current provider now sending me messages saying there going to cancel my subscription.

Looks like you did order rather than just 'enquire'...

I agree with @PandJ2020 so you'll need to contact your current provider (BT) asap to put a stop on the cancellation.
