Hi, my name is daniela klaskova, I have received packaging to return my broadband box, I've been away out of the country and I'm not back until tomorrow so I can't get the broadband returned until I'm back. I hope that won't be a problem and I won't have extra charges as I was not home to know. I will have the broadband returned as soon as I'm home

In case you aren’t aware we are mainly fellow customers on here trying to help other customers and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum.
Return it as soon as you can and most importantly keep proof of posting it back. If Sky charge you non return fees after you've returned it post back on this thread and we can get you some help.
